I can't find the single metric setting in any of the workouts. It used to be Apple Watch>workout>Workout View, then the single metric/multiple metric were at the top of the page. Now I can not find it. Was it eliminated or moved? If it was moved where can I find it? Apple watch Series 5 model #A2092

This was removed in WatchOS8.
How can I tell Apple that this was a feature that made it possible for me to see the metrics? My eyesight can not distinguish multiple lines of text .
