Can I return an iPhone in Ukraine within 14 days of purchase if it is activated?

I believe that iPhones can only be purchased from local resellers in Ukraine. If you didn't purchase directly from Apple but purchased from an Apple Authorized Reseller (anywhere in the world), you will need to check with the reseller for their return policy.
The reseller sets the return policy but I can't give you many more details than that. This is primarily a user-to-user support forum; other Apple users like you.
This doesn't help, but if the phone was purchased directly from Apple (at least in the U.S.) it can be returned even if activated. Some resellers have a similar policy.
I was told that no refunds are possible because from the moment you activate your account, Apple's warranty is in effect and they prohibit refunds.
