Update Uninstall

I just now updated my Mac Pro 2.1, El Capitan from the App Store and now it gives the chime, shows the Apple Logo and reboots then repeats. How do I roll back/uninstall the most recent updates?

Make Time Machine Backup is very useful and can be used to Revert to Previous Working macOS
