It’s too late for Apple’s program shown here. This expired in October, 2020 in your case.

That’s specific to the OP though, since it’s 4 years from the first retail purchase. There might be a little more time, since the iPhone 7 was available into 2018, and some retailers might have even sold them beyond the date Apple withdrew the iPhone 7.
