Apple Watch repair

Hello

I sent my apple watch to repair on de o ver 6th I believe, and they sent me an email that my product is ready for pickup, and that i have to pickup before december 31. However i’m in vacation and i’ll be only coming back on january 18th. How can i set and alternative date to pickup?
