phone number wont verify on new device

I reset my old phone because I got a new one and had the info on it, but now when i try to message people it says it can’t verify my phone number, and i can’t verify my number without having a device with the number on it… help.

New iPhone keeps verifying phone number So i just upgraded from a iphone 7 to a iphone 12. And i got everything set up except I am not receiving any messages, so then i went to settings and it said that my phone number is verifying but it’s been like that. Does anyone know what I can do ? Check if your phone number -> trusted phone number.
