I have raised erase data request for my iphone 7 which was stolen. I am planning to buy a new iphone and getting confused if I use the same apple id for the new phone, will it erase my new phone data.

My iphone 7 got stolen. I have raised a erase data request via findmyiphone.

Now if I buy new iphone will the findmyiphone erase the data on my new phone?

Also, if I switch to android, will I be able to transfer icloud data on android device?

No, it will not erase anything on the new device which which uses the same Apple ID.

You can have multiple devices with the same Apple ID. When you issue a command to erase a lost device you select a device. So only that device gets erased when that device gets connected to the network.

Not directly but through a web browser.

What is web-only access to iCloud? Web-only access to iCloud lets you share and collaborate with others in real-time on documents, spreadsheets, and presentations, even if they don't have access to an Apple device. That means you can invite anyone to share a file.
