why can’t I set up my I tunes account so I can use the App Store

Just sign into your account.


Click on this link to find out how to 'Sign in with your Apple ID' --> https://support.apple.com/HT201762 "After you log in, you can use the App Store, iCloud, iMessage, Apple Music, Apple TV+, and more."


If you are having more problems then you need to tell us what they are so we don't have to wildly guess. Posting error messages you see can tell us a lot.
