Back of iPhone 12 Pro Max damage under Apple limited warranty.

I have damaged the back of the iPhone 12 Pro Max and a part of the glass which surrounds the camera, not the actual lense. which I bought in January 2020, I have 1 year of this warranty Apple offer, am I able to get it repaired free of charge or how much would I be liable to pay?
