Account details unavailable

I think my Apple ID is locked but I’m getting a message from settings on my iPhone saying : Account details unavailable

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today with your Apple ID you feel may be locked. It sounds like you see "Account Details Unavailable" in settings.


You have been to the correct article for a locked or disabled Apple ID. Did you follow the steps?


Have you tested you Apple ID on another device?


Do you have two-factor enabled: Two-factor authentication for Apple ID?


Does it work at iCloud.com with a computer's browser?


Have you tested on another network or cellular data?


When is the last time it worked as expected?
