Unlock phone

You should contact the carrier your phone is locked to.

For example, if you bought your phone from Verizon, then the device is locked BY Verizon, you would need to contact them for help unlocking your device, even if you were moving onto another network such as AT&T.

Ask your wireless carrier if they'll unlock it, or visit their website. Nobody else can.
