Apple news disappeared from my iPhone 13 pro max

Apple News seem to have been disabled and somehow disappeared from my iPhone 13 pro max Home Screen. Only way to try launching Apple News App on my iPhone is to open the iOS AppStore app and search for Apple News app there, but when you press OPEN button you get this error message (attached), however there are no restrictions on my iPhone. To make matters worse Apple support, after spending an hour of my time chatting online, they were unable to offer any solution and seem to know nothing pretty much. To make matters even worse they promised to "escalate" with their "senior support" team and scheduled a call for today, but they did never call (see attached screen as well). This is the worse possible support from Apple, its actually there to spend your time pretending to support you but they are not. Further, they have no idea why their Apple News doesn't open anymore in my iPhone....My iPhone is latest software iOS 15.2
