Bought the wrong AirPods from target

Can someone help me, I purchased some AirPods 3 Generation back on October 29 and held them for Christmas. He opened his gift and turned out they are nothing like the Airpod pro’s which I thought they were better, I used my Target card for them and they have that 14 day rule but is there away around this to return them.

Airpods Warranty? If I can get some advice or conformation on this please. A couple days ago I had broke my case and AirPods and keep in mind I had already threw them out but my thought on how I can redeem my AirPods warranty is I walk into the store and I show them my serial number and I tell them what had happened to them and I walk out of there with a brand new box with the case and AirPods.

You bought them from Target.
