Podcast download & Conversion to mp3

Hello,

I have a waterproof MP3 player and i'm trying to download podcast episodes to listen to while swimming.

Seems like with, the update to Monterey the option to drag/drop download the individual episodes files were removed. Is there ANY way to download podcasts to be used with a separate mp3 player?

I looked around and I can't even find the location of the saved/downloaded podcast episodes from the app itself.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
