Updates taking up too much space

The new IOS Update is now taking up almost 15GB on my iPad. I only gave 32GB and I do not have access to a computer. How can I get my space back? Already deleted many apps! Thank you!

If you still do not have required space, then your only choice is to use a computer. Since you don't have one, see about borrowing one, or going to the Apple Store for assistance. Those are your only options.
