If you open the Watch app on your paired iPhone and check My Watch and My Faces, if you do not see it listed there, go back to the bottom bar and tap on Face Gallery. Search for the Utility face there, then tap on it and you will need to then tap on ADD just under the face name. That will download it to your Watch app and Watch. You can then configure it and tap on Set as current Watch Face.
