I have iPhone 11, 15.2 software. I use esim. We are now on holiday and I bought another local esim, because of data connection. But my two esims can’t work together. If I start Travel profile, my Primary profile is automatically switched of and conversely. If I start Primary profile, my Travel profile is switched off. Does anybody know what to do?

That is the limitation of using DUAL SIMs on the iPhone XS, 11 and 12. You can only use one physical SIM and one eSIM at the same time on these iPhone models. iPhone 13, currently, is the only iPhone model that you can use two eSIMs at the same time.
You are using two eSIMs and therefore one of your eSIMs shuts OFF when you turn the other ON. What you should have done is purchased a physical SIM for your travels. This would leave you with one Phyisical SIM and one eSIM and both phone lines would have worked perfectly together.
