I can’t open my icloud through my settings tab

If an app or feature on your device is not working, it may have been disabled using Screen Time, or by an IT administrator if you are using a device owned by an employer or educational institution. See Use Screen Time on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Sorry to hear you are having issues with signing into your iCloud Settings.

First, confirm you are updated to the latest iOS 15.2 within Settings > General > Software Update.

If you are, confirm if you are connected to a stable cellular or wifi network. If you are not, you will not be able to manage or sign into iCloud Settings.

Next, check to see if you have any Screen Time restrictions enabled under Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions. If so, turn off Screen Time or make sure ‘Account Changes’ is set to Allow.

If the issue still has not resolved itself, I would recommend resetting your network settings.

Afterwards, try to sign into iCloud settings again.

• Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

Note: you will need to re-enter your wifi password, if previously connected to wifi, after iPhone restarts.
