I need help setting up my Apple Cash

I need help setting up my Apple Cash it not letting me press next once I type in my home address and zip code like the ‘next’ button won’t turn blue in order for me to see what next

No I’m in Australia and yes I am 18 years old and also when I switch over to us on the language and region setting it will let me set up my cash app but won’t let me proceed to the next step
