How can I recieve family sharing notifications for my daughters ipad air 2 on my android phone. I have sent all of the permissions but when she clicks on ask permission I don't receive anything.

Do you mean Ask To Buy notifications? I don't think you can receive those on an Android device. See the link for details. It only mentions Apple hardware. Family Sharing on Android is very limited. E.g., Use Apple Music with your Android devices - Apple Support
