iMessage Hello. My phones iMessage has been unable to activate since this morning. I’ve tried shutting my phone off. Restarting settings. It still says there’s an error with activating it. I am unable to receive texts

why do I show no available network, when I can use the phone via wifi and get all but imessage to work my iphone x says no available service, but yet I can use the phone for everything over wifi, except sending or receiving over I message. I restored the phone yesterday, so guessing that has something to do with it.
