contacts on iphone not stored in icloud

i have contacts on my iphone that are apparently stored in google and not icloud.. how do i get all my contacts to be stored in icloud so they back up to my other devices

Go to your iPhone settings then iCloud/settings/iCloud make sure contacts toggle its on in order that when your iPhone make a new back up includes your contacts
