SIM card

We bought a new Iphone 2020 SE for our son for Christmas and it has no SIM card. Do we need to take it to the carrier we use for a SIM card or to Apple? Seems strange to not have one in the phone.

If you did not specify a provider in the purchase process then you need to have the network provider send you one.

In my country you can get them from many supermarkets, or provider's website if you want monthly contract.

Probably more than half of new owners swap the SIM from their old phone.
