Cannot rearrange dock items on a brand new MacBook Pro 13"

Shipped with Big Sur and upgraded to Monterey upon receipt. Can't drag and move anything in the dock and have never had this issue with a Mac. Any suggestions? Thank you....

Nevermind. "Enable dragggin" in Accessibility Options. Answered my own question. 😃
