Can't establish a secure connection with any DOD website

Perhaps there's another secure level of certificates, to help one already issued.

That's happened before, where several certificates cover various use aspects.

You may have to contact people with different levels of information to see

what else is contributing to this issue. For civilian culture, the "Lets Encrypt"

[main site] information helped restore Expiry issues a few months ago.

Short of searching DOD. (That, I'd done by accident; was looking up battle-

field archives, detail for veteran relatives at the time.) ~ Which may be done

by someone with Credentials; that's another angle, to find more certificates.

In the 'Lets Encrypt' linked page, there are corporate user links, too.

The certificate you show, only has European authorization; maybe

these are staggered to cover greater possible security issues.

Try a notch ahead of this 'user discussions area' by going further?

Without much doubt, there are very likely more certificates; to patch other layers.
