No global or micophone icon during text messaging even when emoji keyboard selected presently it is only available during mail messages

It sounds like you are unable to use dictation or change your keyboard language when you are using Messages. We understand how important this is to you and we are here to help.

If the issue persists, can you provide a few more details? When did you first notice this? Which iPhone and iOS version are you currently using? Also, do you notice this with other apps as well?
