That's not a feature. Most carriers provide a pen registry with call times; long into your carrier account to see if that is available to you.
Have you looked for your call in Recents and tapped the i next to the call.
In my iPhone 7 this was in the settings of the device

yes there I see the duration of the calls as well as during the conversation it shows me the duration. When I hung up, it showed for a few seconds how long the call lasted. Now, if the other party closes first window disappears instantly and without wanting to, I press some of the list of calls that I dial. How to enable call summary after the call ends
