how do i combine icloud accounts

Depending on how your iCloud accounts are used, merging the data between the two can be possible. For example, if your iCloud accounts are solely used to store and sync data such as Contacts, Notes, Photos, etc. You can choose to keep them on the device you're currently using after signing out of your older iCloud account. When signing in to your new iCloud account on that same device, you'll have an option to merge both the iCloud data that was kept on the device and the iCloud data linked to the new iCloud account.
