That compatibility list quite clearly states that the iPhone 6s Plus is compatible with iOS 15. Note the “s” after the 6. That model iPhone is one year newer than the iPhone 6 Plus. It has a better processor and more RAM.

That is not possible, as the iPhone 6 Plus is not compatible with iOS 13 or higher.
So how do I get some apps downloaded some apps require me to get a higher ios
You cannot do so with your current iPhone. If you need to use apps or features that require iOS 13 or later, then you must purchase a newer model iPhone.
