I have just recently purchased my iPad and noticed the movie quality for hdr are pretty dark I tried turning on the Bright settings to full is there any other way possible to get it brighter and clear to watch

If the issue is only occurring in one app, and other apps that play videos have no issues, then try deleting the app, restarting your iPad, and then reinstalling. See if that has any impact on this. Also, besides the screen brightness, check and see if any of the other settings in this article has any affect on the issue:

Actually the app on my iPad Pro I was having the issue with my apple app the movie and shows are dark

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities about this concern with video brightness. Just to confirm, this is only occurring within the TV app? Other videos outside that app appear normal? Test to verify as well as test multiple videos in the TV app to make sure it’s not just a specific movie. This can isolate the issue.
