My iPhone says “Unable to Activate” and it needs an update.

My iPhone 7 says “Unable to Activate” and says it needs an update to activate my iPhone. What do I do?

Maybe you can attempt to update it by using a Mac and Finder (or iTunes on older versions), or by using iTunes from the Microsoft store on a PC. That might help. If you don’t have access to either, I’m sure staff at the Apple Store (or an Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP)) would assist you with the matter.
