How to pair AirPods after Forget Device

Ok so I pressed forget device for my AirPods and now I can’t connect them back to my phone, I’ve tried a few different things but they aren’t working

How do I reconnect them?

Hi you must reset the AirPods first before pairing again , put the AirPods in the case and with the lid open hold a press the back button of the case until the light turn to amber color then to white , bring close your iPhone to pair the AirPods
