Screen time locked
I forgot my screen time password but I couldn’t recover it. I tried to recover it by email but I forgot what email I used for registering the screen time password. Is there any other way that I could trie?

You can try by following the steps in this support document. If you forgot your Screen Time passcode - Apple Support If that does not work, then your only choice is to restore the device. You can always restore your last backup after that point to recover your content.
