Downward arrows next to music on my iphone but not on itunes

Hey, I saw the answer to this question was the music is available for offline listening which doesn't really make sense to me since I'm using my own library and not apple music but also... All of the music that has the downward arrow has either no or incorrect album art, which bothers me greatly, not sure why but it does, nothing like listening to Led Zeppelin and seeing Weird Al Yankovich's face.

How can I make the music "online" with correct artwork?
