Three Things:

A. Charge your Battery:

You only have 6% battery charge. So, for safety purposes from getting a stalled install, have at least a 50% battery charge, and then proceed with the update.

B. Disable Cellular:

Thought not required, consider disabling cellular for all of this, as data consumption may reach high-levels.

C. Use a Computer:

Try using your computer (a Mac, or a Windows PC, even). - being signed in on your computer, it may just work. Go here for instructions on how to do so: Update your iPhone Using a Computer - User Tip

What happens when you go to Settings > General > Software Update and try to update your iPhone.
