Would you upgrade IPhone?

I have an IPhone SE 1st Gen (2016?)

If only problem I’m having is battery seems to run down quicker(checked Battery health/84%?) in Settings.

2nd love size to hold but challenging when texting,small hands(arthritic fingers)

FYI:Also disabled; $ a factor.

**If given above would you see any need to upgrade to another IPhone; if so which one? Also one bit bigger than mine,but not too big. Also good camera important.
