Refunded but I never received payment

Hi,

This would be expected behavior, in terms of refunds issued for content purchased on your Apple ID account. 

• If the purchase was made with a credit or debit card, as well as PayPal; you should receive your refund within a few business days, but it may take up to thirty days to arrive and appear on your bank statement as a refund/credit adjustment. 
• If the purchase was made with your Apple ID balance, your account balance should update to reflect the refund within 48 hrs.

If you do not receive a refund within thirty days, and have contacted your financial institution first in regards to not receiving it; contact Apple Support at that point.

How long has it been? Note that it can take up to 30 days to get the refund.

Contact Apple Support. They'll know where this all stands.
