I am currently buying a new Macbook air M1 and I have found a cheaper Macbook on Amazon for 300 eur less then here in Slovenia. The only problem is English keyboard which does not have letters like Š,Č,Ž on it.
Before I buy the laptop is it possible to somehow transform the English keyboard to Slovenian in the settings ( for example : letter Ü can become Š ) or should I buy the Macbook with Slovenian keyboard?

System preferences/keyboard/input/ source + /scroll to find Slovenian/Add.
Also click show input menu in menu bar
You will see a flag appear for the selected keyboard . click between English and Slovenian
Also click on show keyboard viewer to see where the modified keys are
