Reporting cybercrime and hacking on iphone.

Where can i report a cybercrime on my iphone as well as an android motorola? My ios15 was updated and still got hacked.

Checklist: If you want to see if anyone else has access to your device or accounts

Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication

And exactly how has one determined the iPhone was " hacked "
