There's just one contact of mine and she doesn't receive my texts (I have iMessage turned on), calls or FaceTimes. She can call/text/FaceTime me and it works and I receive it but nothing goes through from me to her phone. Everyone else works fine other than this one contact. Getting frustrating and would really like it to work. Thanks

Did you get a chance to have your friend check their iPhone? It's possible that your number is blocked on their device. That would explain why you're calls aren't connecting to them but they can still call you.
Check that out and see if that is what's causing this.

At this point, it may be helpful if she Contacts Apple Support for help with this since her iPhone is making it appear like you're blocked when you're not.

Thanks for the recommendation, I checked my blocked numbers and she isn’t one of them unfortunately so I’m still not sure
