I need help tracking a order that I ordered from apple .. it has been saying processing for the last two days .

I have a similar issue, but my item has already been shipped. its via DHL for some reason?? Not sure why Apple would use the worlds worst shipping company but it says my order is: "Clearance is pending as the shipment will be cleared by the consignee/importer’s designated external Broker." (and that was January 1st) Like.... it said it was going to be DELIVERED on January 5th. Now it has NO delivery date available and just says "arriving soon" but its almost been a whole week... UGHHH HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :(
Yes, it will stay at processing until it is moves to “preparing to ship “.
What was the delivery date provided by Apple when you placed the order?
