I have a 2011 Mac and I recently got the brand new 2021 IMac, I switched over my stuff using iCloud, and then I tried to erase everything from my old Mac, I watched a video where it told me to erase Macintosh from disk Utility. I’ve always had issues with this Mac and now I’m stuck on this same keyboard and mouse screen, my mouse won’t move or work at all. The cursor is stuck in the corner. I’ve changed the batteries and everything. Has anyone else experience this, What can I do?
