We see you're having some issues getting notifications for a few apps, and we'd like to help with that.
Checking to ensure that the notifications were enabled was a good step to take. In Settings > Notifications > (app's name), be sure to also check that Lock Screen is enabled here to get them to show up on the Lock Screen.
Also, try checking to see if you have a Scheduled Summary enabled in Settings > Notifications. If so, try disabling this, and see if it helps.
Also, double-check to see if you have any Focus options enabled at the moment, if so try disabling them. Details on this here: Use Focus on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Try also connecting to a different internet connection to see if this helps. For example, if you're using cellular data, try connecting to Wi-Fi.
