when i try to sign out of my phone, i cloud i touch the sign out but nothing happens
trying to sign out of my phone but when i push the sign out nothing happens, have turned off and on multiple times and done hard shut down

We see you're having issues signing out of iCloud, and we'd be happy to help out.
Issues with signing out may be related to the internet connection of the device. If you're using cellular data, try connecting to Wi-Fi, and vice versa.
If you have any VPNs or other security apps installed, try temporarily uninstalling these and try again.
If you're using Screen Time (Settings > Screen Time) or have a configuration profile installed (Settings > General > Profiles & Device Management), try turning it off, or uninstalling it in the case of a profile.
