How to open Safari 15 with a blank page
In prefs why can't I choose to open Safari 15 with a blank page? Is this no longer an option? I don't need to see the previous pages opened from my last session.
iMac 27″, macOS 12.1

The following works for me with Safari 15.2
Safari Preferences:
Safari opens with: A new window
New windows open with: Empty Page

First go to Apple menu > System Preferences > General and put a checkmark in front of "Close windows when quitting an app" and then go to Safari Preferences.
I don't get that choice in "Safari opens with" my only 2 choices are "All windows from last session" or "All non-private windows from last session"
Thanks
