Pulsatile Tinnitus after sleeping with AirPod Pro

Anyone experience Pulsatile Tinnitus after sleeping with airpod pro? I work nights and use them during the day to sleep. After doing this for about 2 months I started noticing my heartbeat in my right ear. Any help or explanation would be great, Diana

Humming in one ear after AirPod pro use I have been using many headphone types including other noise cancelling and never had any ear issues before. Have been using AirPod Pros for three weeks now almost everyday. I have started experiencing constant faint humming in my left ear. I wonder if AirPod pros caused this. It is more obvious in silence. My use is mostly for conference calls, some you tube and little occasional music. Usage volume is not that loud. Wondering if it is due to the noise cancelling frequencies. Any one else with these issues?
