My apple watch does not have an IMEI number to it, can you tell me why? I want to put this device on my phone plan but they are asking for the IMEI # and I have rest the Iwatch already.

If it is a GPS only model, it will not have an IMEI, as it is not a cellular device. To make sure it is GPS only, look at the Digital Crown. It will either have a red dot, or a red circle on the Digital Crown if it is a cellular capable device. I can't remember when they moved from the red dot to red circle. Without that, it is GPS only and can only be used for cellular with the paired iPhone. It will not need to be added to your phone plan.
