Family sharing Apple music

When my wife got her new phone she was removed from the family plan. I added her again but she can't get into Apple music

I assume she is still using the same Apple ID as before. If so, she might be able to fix her issue by turning Sync Library off for all of her devices, then turning it back on again.  Learn how.
