Can't see location of family member's device (watch)
On my iPhone it shows as online, but 'not sharing location' even though his watch shows it as enabled. Note that I setup his watch as a family member using my iPhone, but his own appleID.

It seems you're trying to locate a family member and we can help.
On their Apple Watch, go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services, and make sure they have Location Services enabled and Share My Location enabled.
Let us know if turning that on helps.

Thanks for your reply. When I go to his Watch and navigate to Settings > Privacy (entered screen time PIN) > Location Services, I see that Share My Location is already enabled (as well as Location Services and Find My network). However, when I go to the Find My app on my iPhone, I still see his device as 'Not sharing location - Online'.
Other suggestions?
Hi Nicholas_B2 - I tried that and still have the problem. I also tried powering OFF the watch and then powering it back ON - but to no avail. I thought maybe it was a problem with my iPhone so I used Find My on my MacBook, but that didn't work either. I will contact Apple Support next. Thanks.
