Cinematic mode problem with iPhone 13 pro

When using cinematic mode my phone always generates three dark translucent dots that also get recorded in the video. They don’t move and are noticeable only when zoomed in to 3X. The lenses are clean and only happens in cinematic mode. The picture below shows two of them clearly visible the third being very translucent and there might be a fourth
